Love the new food menu. Proof is a great place for cocktails and food. Social distancing measures are followed with temperatures taken upon arrival. During these times its good to feel safe but still experience 'normal'. Will be back again soon for food and the best cosmopolitans in Greater Manchester !!
Always been a fan of Proof for more years than I care to remember. Best cocktails in Manchester, and also the winter hot drinks like hot cider and port with fresh fruit and spices. And now doing excellent all day food as well. So take aways are amazing with food menus from around the world, changing all the time so I don'tget bored. But even better!!! I can get a jug of a cocktail !!!! I love the new Proof look guys. See you very soon. Xxxxx
Visited Monday 7th to celebrate our 2 daughters University successes. Absolutely blown away by the friendliness and happiness of the staff, very tasty food and the help and suggestions in choosing cocktails. And they tasted great. Really good Covid care. Go, go, go to this place
Newly revamped. Proof is now open from 10am til 12am. We've had brunch and dinner there. The Mezze board was delicious with these incredible broad bean falafels. Locally sourced food, lots of gluten free and vegan options for those who need them. Cocktail menu on point and all the ones we tried were made to perfection... I'd recommend the aviation. Super friendly staff. COVID-19 measures in place without it ruining the relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful plants inside which are all available to buy. We will definitely be going back again and again and again...
