Absolutely gorgeous!! 5 lunchtime special, was quite honestly the best fish and chips we've ever had. Freshly fried while we waited, and the portion size was plenty. Would highly recommend.

Food Was Lovely, Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The chips where awesome, everyone loved them, lovely and fluffy not soggy. The fish was great, portions are very generous. Prices are quite good compared with other local fish bars. the have a customer only toilet too. Nice and clean, would recommend and we are certainly going back in the next visit to Hastings.

I give this place 4 stars but would have been higher but only for my thoughts needs redecorating and smartening up. I like my fish skinless and boneless,another chippy close by would not do that so this fish and chip shop gained out trade as the cheerful owner said no problem skinning the cod,the fish was chunky and plentiful and the batter for ourselves was perfect and chips not greasy but crisp and tasty,very good value for money and cooked while you wait,definately when we visit Hastings again,we will eat there,have tried others but for us this one was a good all rounder and not a rip off business.

We got there just before lunch and had a choice of tables but the place was soon totally full. Inside and outside seating. We had cod and the portion was a good size, thick and moist. Very friendly staff almost felt like you were a regular. They have pensioner specials and a few were there because of that.
