My wife and I have been customers here for the last 8 years. We have brought various items of jewellery, watches and gifts. We have always been very pleased with the service and overjoyed with the recent work Mr Mann completed on my wife’s Engagement ring. I highly recommend this shop !!
We took some charms here to have them fixed to a charm bracelet for our daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately the original silver hallmarked links were removed and replaced with steel that you get with a standard key ring. The links were then not returned to us as the shop didn’t have them! I realise this could be standard practice but there was no apology given by the lady in the shop. The customer service was arrogant and unhelpful. I have bought items from here in the past but will now go elsewhere and I advise others to do so.
