I don’t often leave a review but I really feel I have to as we have received such a fantastic service from Project Music. Ordered a particular guitar for our sons 30th birthday, we knew it was out of stock but due to arrive in a couple of weeks. The whole process or ordering, payment and delivery was exceptional, communication was perfect. Well done Project Music you have over delivered on every aspect of our order!!

I bought a Music Man Luke from Project Music's online shop and the experience was top class. I was sent a range of detailed photos of the exact guitar I was buying (a pricey one) and had great communication over email. Guitar arrived fully set up by their tech and plays beautifully. I had to make an appointment which was very sensible because of the virus pandemic. I found the staff very helpful. I was given as much time as I wanted to make a choice of one guitar from three that I had shortlisted from Internet research. They were able to answer my questions and made some adjustments on the guitar of my choice. Excellent service and a pleasant hour or so in the shop making my choice easier. Thank you for all of your help.
