This was the second year using the services of Yucatan Cenote for four trips. We booked friends on trips with the team and they return with nothing but accolades and photos. Customize your tour or let them select places for you and sit back and enjoy. The tour and all explanations started at our front door and continued throughout the day. It was a lesson in history, culture and language every time. The guides speak English and the drivers are very road conscious. They have life jackets to use in the cenote if you are a non swimmer. The water is comfortably warm but not hot, just refreshing. The staff have the energy to keep going and love the chance to answer any questions you have. I would highly recommend the company for any tour you would like. Try to book on non-cruse ship days if you have the luxury to do so. If not don’t worry the tour will be something to remember. What other tour company, can you meet the owners to welcome you?? Fantastic, 10 stars! We thoroughly enjoyed the Wacko Taco tour. Nothing better than pyramids, cenotes and being fed by a local Grandmother! Our guide, Russell, was so knowlegable and fun. I won't spoil the surpirses but he is truly top notch. I was grateful for the cold beverages on our van ride. Our driver, Freddy and ropes technician, Carlos made our tour safe and enjoyable. I could really taste the love of the food prepared just for us. We had to say, o mas\ when our chef kept bringing more food.
If we could give 10 stars we would! We emailed them ahead of our vacation with a concern about having our 3 year old and they helped us choose a package that was right for us. They also provided a car seat as well as snacks for our little one. The guides were friendly and spoke English very well. They were very informative if the area and local niches. The cenote was amazing and the lunch authentic and delicious.
Extraordinary! This tour was amazing. Our guide Angel was really knowledgeable in the culture and history in every way and a wonderful individual to have leading our group. Best guide and tour we've ever had, and we've been on a bunch. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and amazing adventure.
Experience authentic Mexican hostory and culture. This group of guides are knowlegable, passionate and fun. They speak great english. I have taken my family on two excursions with this company and both times we were blown away!
