Verza Solar Electric

Beautiful Condos. Well kept grounds with trees and plants. You will.find a clean pool nice seating areas. These condos are in a gated entrance. They are located 1 block from the beach.

Nice apartment block, with good facilities. Something can be done to improve the grill in the pool area, very tidy as we were only Airbnb renting. Felt comfortable, safe and friendly.

The grounds are nice as is the pool. The complex is showing it's age. The beach area is a mess due to the damage to the beach houses retaining walls. Broken concert and cinder blocks on the beach. The road to the beach needs to be graded.
