we purchased a bed and a washer and we when we went to leave they had no washer except for the one that was on the floor we had previously asked them to make sure they had one in a box. at that point we did not want to purchase the for model it had scratches all over it.. it was a 4-Hour process to get our money back and it will take 15 days and we never left the store with it for the bed they had to delete the whole transaction.... By that time we were so angry!!!
