Unprofessional association. Would NOT recommend. Customer service is terrible. \Theresa Flores\ & \Palo\ are extremely rude and have absolutely no concept of customer service. They take months to respond to issues and do nothing to resolve them. They were responsible for damage to my car and did everything they could to avoid paying for it. They even asked me to join a meeting to discuss it, but when I joined they removed me from the meeting. Don't use this HOA management...

Charging me 5,000 for balcony repairs when I don’t even own a unit with a balcony, during the COVID 19 lockdown. When I called and said I can’t afford it they said take out a loan. When I said I had to file for bankruptcy due to a medical emergency last November so I can’t take out a loan, they said you need to talk to so and so but they’re not here so leave her a message. The worst company I’ve dealt with
