She always seems to genuinely care. I've struggled a lot with PTSD and BPD. Dr. Pfeifer always knows how to handle my forever changing moods and never faults me. Love her and will always recommend her to anyone and everyone!\ All the staff is so welcoming.
Never got in the door. My daughters were referred by their primary physician. Two times in a week the receptionist called with a very poor attitude complaining how difficult it was trying to get in contact with my insurance company. Then told me to call my primary back because they weren't taking the referarl. If the receptionist is any reflection of the therapists glad we didn't go.
