The best customer service experience I have ever had. I have used profeet once before for a custom liner which I would recommend. I had an excellent experience last time which was eclipsed this time. I had a technician called mark who was brilliant, there was not one thing that could have been improved. He talked me through everything he was doing with the insoles to the point where I felt like I was an expert. His warmth and friendliness was above and beyond the call of duty and the end product was perfect for my feet. I would recommend profeet to everyone I know as a result. I would rate this place ten stars if I could.

Excellent service - highly recommended. Mark took 2 and a half hours to fit the right boots. He listened to what I said, my concerns about cold feet and helped me choose an amazing pair of ski boots. Really comfortable and warm, without compromising on fit or performance. Highly recommended.

Always buy my trainers here, i have high bridge and arches, running is never an issue after custom inner soles and propper fitting. They also sorted out my ski boots in one sitting which i can never thank them enough for.
