Proenergis Chartered Surveyors

I emailed this company to arrange a full survey on my Bungalow that I purchased without doing a survey and I explained why I thought I needed one but just after a few short emails it was agreed that I didn’t need one and they helped to rectify my problem. They could have come out and charged me for a survey but were very honest and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a survey. Thanks again for your assistance.

Rob did a comprehensive survey on the property we are purchasing which included a very clear report with photos where appropriate. We were encouraged to contact him before and after the survey with any concerns and questions which he fully and clearly explained. Sarah in the office is extremely professional and friendly and we were kept informed of progress at all times. Fees were extremely reasonable and the whole service received was exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and his his team to anyone. Thankyou!

Fantastic service from Robert and Sarah. Always very fast to respond to my enquiries prior to the survey, and then exceeded all of my expectations by delivering the full report just one day after visiting the property to carry out the survey! Their Housebuyers Report PLUS option was brilliant and provided detailed opinions of the property, accompanied by photographs, and they were even able to provide opinions on whether work I was interested in doing to the property might be achievable. Thank you so much!
