Having emailed several times I got through on the phone finally to someone who felt unhelpful at every turn, pointed out they're based in Gloucester and it wouldnt be worth travelling to Worcestershire to clean a sofa she would want a whole house to do(why they advertise worcestershire as an area covered I do not know) she said I'd be waiting until the end of march and she guessed it would cost about 800 pounds. I gave up at this point.

Prompt, Professional and Polite. I have Greg here with me this morning and he is doing a marvelous job on my carpets. Each stage of the cleaning process has been explained to me prior to cleaning. Also the time expected for the drying. My house smells lovely and my carpets look like new. I have no hesitation in recommending Proclene to my neighbours. The work completed was exceptional. Our sofas and reclining chair look brand new again, I couldn't be happier with the results. Extremely friendly service. I would totally recommend and would use myself over and over again.
