The best thing about having an eye test here is that the optician takes the time to answer my questions. I like to understand as much as possible about my health and while I've used other high street opticians in the past, I've never had such in-depth consultations before. I would never go anywhere else now.

I collected my Varifocal's on Saturday Afternoon. I'm very happy with them. All in one Glasses. I've been attending appointments at the Opticians for several years. They're very good. The staff are warm and friendly.. They get Five Stars from me.

Probert and Williams are truly professional. The whole team really know what they are doing and practice proper customer service. It is a treat to receive such genuine traditional kindness and care.
During the current Covid-19 epidemic i was referred from an optical healthline, after a visit and referral from a pharmacy, to Probert & Williams. Less than 30 minutes after i called the helpline i was having my eye looked at. The storefront was immaculate and all staff in full PPE. I was quickly seen for a thorough examination of my eye and vision checks. They resolved my issue quickly as it was caused by misshapen eye lashes causing light scratches; the staff were professional, courteous, and caring throughout. I could not have asked for better treatment.
