Fantastic coaches. Love the MMA and have currently my 2 children doing MMA 1 session per week, they love it. My girl was so shy and she just turned into this confident little girl, full of energy. I can't be grateful enough to all the instructors there. Amazing place to be and perfect place to train with all your family

Really consistently great coaches for my 9 year old daughter to learn skill, mental discipline and focus, agility and respect in a fun and safe environment. Lee and the team just bring out the best in the kids at the sessions. My girl is stronger than me and I train downstairs!

I found a passion for MMA when I completed the wimp to warrior program. The coaches are very knowledgeable, they provide a wide range of classes for all abilities and there is such a great friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend it.
