I rang up for a whole house carpet cleaning and initially requested the most expensive option. After the lady and I discussed what I actually needed she suggested another option for me which actually saved me money. This is refreshing to see a company look after the customers needs rather than getting the most for an unneeded service. Their member of staff was punctual and friendly and did a great job considering the carpet was way past best. Left it looking substantially better than when he arrived. Very happy overall.
