Excellent experience. The sales person kept in touch at all times. Replaced 2 small windows in the bathroom, plus front door and back door. Also replaced an old wooden window with cracked stained glass by installing a uPVC frame, repairing the stained glass and enclosing in double glazing. A number of these jobs were tricky as other work was taking place at the same time but the installer(s) were fantastic and professional. They did the job as well as if it were their own house they were working on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I am very disappointed with this company. The communication and after sales service has been non existent and I am extremely frustrated after my thumb turn lock broke on my front door six months ago, well within period of guarantee. Despite numerous phone calls to them and false promises from them I still have not had this repaired. I have given up! Disgraceful customer service.

Excellent service as usual. Priory have done 2 full houses for us in the last 15 years. Quality is exceptional - first windows purchased over 10 years old and still going strong. Comprehensive and honest advice given on styles of windows and doors available, professional and conscientious fitting team, and a very fair price for the standard of the goods and overall service. Very happy to recommend. I would not go anywhere else
