I just moved to the DFW area from Austin last month. I work at a local dental office and my boss wanted to get brochures/flyers made in short notice. After a quick google search I decided to stop by earlier this week. The owner was extremely helpful and worked with me to get the right design and specifications for the project and they turned out perfect. My boss loves how they turned out and we will definitely be returning. Lucky I found out about this place and highly recommend!
I visited this place on a Tuesday and shared with the owner the specifications (quantity, finish, paper) of a small print job I had and notified him I needed the job by Thursday. He said no problem and when I came in Wednesday to drop off the digital file he took back his word and said the job was not cost effective for him. I understand that, however he did not mention this in our initial conversation and now I'm having to scramble to find a place that will take the job with short notice. Please don't make people waste their time and be upfront with them. Customer Service basics.
