I took my daughter to see their pre-fad homes. They let you look through them all. They are a no pressure sales place. If you have a question they are in the office so you can go ask them instead of them following you everywhere. We felt open to talk to each other about we liked or didn't like about each one. I would suggest this place as you feel more like it is at your pace and not theirs.
