I love all princess Diana represent. I think this place is cute but too plain for the person that is representing. Princess Diana deserve a way more beautiful place surrounded with colorful flowers and with plenty of benches where to sit. The only place to sit is all around the fountain loop. For me it gave me the impression that the Queen just let a little space dedicated to Princess Diana here, so the people of England would not back lash at the royal family for not doing anything. This fountain was built to celebrate Princess Diana life! I was there and left heart broken, this place could be more full of life but it's quiet and doesn't even have colorful flowers to make you feel happy to be there.

The Diana, Prince of Wales Memorial Fountain was originally built to honor the life of Princess Diana, who tragically died in a vehicle accident in 1997. It was then designed to celebrate the love and spirit of Princess Diana. The centerpiece of the fountain is the statue of the Princess in front of her white motor yacht. The rest of the fountain consists of two basins that are made of ceramic and two basins that are made of stainless steel. The basins that are made of stainless steel are designed with intricate designs that represent the love of Princess Diana. This special fountain for the Princess of Wales is a symbol of her love for all children in the world. She always wanted to see them happy and healthy. The Princess Diana Memorial Fountain was a gift to the people of England from the people of Italy, who were extremely interested in creating a fountain for the Princess. They wanted to show their condolences to the people of England for the tragic death of Princess Diana. The Princess Diana Memorial Fountain was built to honor Princess Diana and her love for children.

I'm trying to understand why such a plain boring memorial was created for such an outgoing vibrant world changing woman. To be honest, it dosent do her justice if you really want to remember her.

It is a great place in such an amazing and full of life park. Unfortunately due to the pandemic it was closed but we could still have a glance at it. Hopefully better days will come and we can all enjoy this fountain together again.

All this time I've been in London, walked through Hyde Park and have never noticed this memorial to Princess Diana. It's a fountain in the form of a loop, of finely sculptured granite. It's not really obvious it's a fountain at all as from a distance, the memorial looks like a low concrete retaining wall. Where it not for the information near the memorial, I'd not have realise this was a memorial to Diana, or a fountain for that matter. I guess it's supposed to represent the loop of life, but just looks like a miniature canal with flowing water. All a little too abstract for me, It's nice in the summer or just hot and people, mostly children like to play in it and treat it as a mini pool. Visit if you're in Hyde Park, otherwise don't go out of the way.
