Brilliant service from Rob at RPC locksmiths. He was with us within 30 mins and had us back inside within five minutes of arrival. (Far more efficient than my partner trying to use a stick from the garden through the letter box ). Super friendly, knows his stuff and couldn't have been more helpful. Rob arrived quickly when we required emergency assistance on a Sunday afternoon. He was friendly, professional, and worked fast. The price was very reasonable.
Since first contact, Rob provided top service as well as value for money. We had to replace the front door and living room door locks. Apart from doing an amazing job with them, he advised that we should put some security measures in place for garden door, since there were none and explained how important it is to secure every access point. He explained throughout what he was doing as well as helping as with a faulty light bulb; moreover when working inside the property he took his shoes off which meant a lot, even though the carpet was not the a posh one. His attitude, skills and knowledge are hitting top marks. Thank you for your faultless job and will definitely be using again for as long as he is in the trade. 110% recommend
Logged an enquiry on a check a trade. Shortly after Rob called. Couple hours later he was at the door to change my locks. He also fixed my bathroom door handle and window lock quickly. Really nice person, tidy worker and, was able to take card payments (AMEX used). Definitely recommend Rob's services.
