Have no issues with the store! Workers are friendly and store is clean! They have good variety of stock available! Pretty good for a small store! Can't help it if people buy a lot of one product! Just have to wait for new stock to arrive! Good job Walmart Prince Rupert!

The smallest Walmart I've ever been in! Yet they still have pretty much everything, including some pretty good Prince Rupert souvenirs actually. :)

A good store with reasonable price. Customer friendly service. A variety of fresh produces to pick from.

Today local Walmart store started to check receipts at the leaving point. I told the clerk that after I paid merchandise I am the owner of the stuff and that is my property and I don’t need to explain anything to anybody. Before some kind of supervisors showed up, lady from costumer service gave me really bad attitude. All around they told me that I will be banned from the store if I’m going to continue to disrespect the store. Customer service is and communication skills are very questionable. Avoid the store the hardest you can and spend your money elsewhere. Not worth. I’m trying my best for some times. Bob

Found everything I needed. Bought some folders for school. Cost: 10 cents! I haven't been able to buy anything useful for 10 cents in 60 years. Impressive. Good prices on school supplies.

Had no problem until today .. I called in the morning ( dec, 24 around 9:10am) to check if they sell cases of paper towel and just asked what would be the average price for a case? Lady did not give me her name but she have forgotten its about Customer Service, was litrerally rude and spoiled my mood. Company should retrain such people on Standards..

Worst Walmart of all time. No shopping carts. Specific employees don't use deodorant making the experience that much more harmful. Other employees are on crystal meth or crack. Lack of assistance in the store all together. First Nations get follwed due to the shoplifting I guess. I would like to see new management take over this Walmart as it's the lowest rated Walmart in British Columbia. Sorry guys but you need to work on your covid 19 shopping carts and be more fruitful with the local first Nations.
