A nice traditional pub in Moseley. A small bar area leads to further rooms towards the back (these are best in winter). The large beer garden is where this pub comes into it's own, with a large covered area and features such as a wine shed. The Prince has plenty of out-door seating, attracts a good varied crowd and also shows live sports on the out-door screen. There is also 'street-food' on sale at peak times.

Fantastic Pub - Cant wait to get back for a pint!
Extremely disappointing visit yesterday. The Prince of Wales is one of my favourite pubs in Birmingham however my visit yesterday has really changed my opinion, due to one member of staff in particular. Yesterday I went into the pub for a quick drink with my partner, the bar staff were abrupt, rude and patronising. This was all to do with the new track and trace app which I hadn't used yet - he was rude and extremely unhelpful instead of explaining how to do this he watched us struggle and was extremely patronising. I have never had an experience like this there and I will not being going back there for quite a while. Really disappointing visit.
Just took some photos there last night it was wonderful
A pub is made by its pieces. Are the toilets clean? Is the food good? What’s the crowd like? Well, after 15 months of watching this place be both good and beautiful I’ll suggest that THIS place is all about its people. The staff. They have only 2 rivals I. The city for best team and collective personality. Always friendly? Always honest I would say. They can keep secrets. They can make you laugh. They can make you smile. Some will say they’ve been going 15 years. Maybe 30. In Moseley, probably longer. But to someone just passing through it is a place where you’ll find people who work there who aren’t just employees.
