Great place and wow what a meal! Proper man size portions for the hungriest of souls and plenty for spice lovers. Also, good selection on draught and spirits. All this food and drink and spent around 25 each for 3 people. I’ll be back again definitely
For a drink it would be fine. The Sunday lunch looks great but sadly was not in my experience. The meat was very fatty for beef and with the veg all mixed together all I could taste was leek. I'd not eat here again.
Excellent Caring Staff - Beer is kept well, food is your standard pub fair (grilled or fried), but cheap. Its a locals and tradesman type pub, very friendly. Large garden and play area making it very family friendly. My father is 90 and a regular and they look after him fantastically. Even call if he hasn't been in for his usual lunch - thank you Ellie, Amy, Ryan et al.
Literally just home from The Prince of Wales with family, eating out to help out. I'm sorry to say I will not be returning any time soon. My rib eye steak was inedible, I struggled to cut through it with a steak knife, there's no way I could chew my way through that! My sons mango chilli chicken thighs were cold, out of the fridge and not throughly heated through cold. When I approached the waitress with my concerns as we left she asked if I'd spoken to a member of staff about our problems. What member of staff?? Once the food was delivered to our table that's the last we saw of any staff members. Dreadful experience! Table 26 booked for 6pm
