The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed the mushroom starter, nice to have mushrooms not coated in breadcrumbs.

Set menu choices which in itself is understandable in current circumstances. However, 3 cod dishes is excessive on a reduced menu. I had duck & pancakes which was not what I expected to see in the menu & will stick with a Chinese in future. I was disappointed because there old main menu choices was fantastic
Ordered a takeaway today for my wife and I and have to say that we have really missed the food and being able to dine here. The food was superb as usual and great value for money. We ordered over the phone and the food was ready for collection in 15-20 mins. We both had the cod goujons and chips which also come with a generous portion of mushy peas and a portion of curry sauce. Followed by a lovely pudding with cream.
Really nice food and good, friendly service. However, we thought the prices were inflated for what we had! Nearly 17 for gammon, egg and chips, and 12.50 for cheeseburger and chips! Naughty Prince of Wales
A cute British pub in a country side location. Sunday dinner wasn't the best I've had, but good and portion sizes was huge. Plus they had lamb! Would go back
