I made my appointment last week for Tues. Dropped off my car on Mon about 3:30. Michael Elliott processed me in on Mon and signed me out on Tues. He provided outstanding customer service both days and had my vehicle washed a second time before returning it - crow trouble (smile). Anyway, I always enjoy the service I receive from this dealership because the people are consummate professionals and extremely knowledgeable about what they do...not to mention very friendly. I feel the dealership intentionally misled me in order to sell a vehicle in their inventory. They knew that I desired Adapted Cruise Control. They misled me to say that distance alert was the same (which is false.) Furthermore, they knew that I desired a car with these features which required a Premium II model. They did not provide me that option and displayed a less than respectful tone when I addressed this issue with Kurt. They had the opportunity to be transparent and failed with their display of unethical sales practices. They should be ashamed and will expect a complaint to the FTC. They only get 2 stars because their finance manager, Nick, is a consummate professional. I promise that this will not be the last time you hear from me. I plan to file complaints with the FTC and BBB. Looking forward to pursuing this complaint and saving future consumers from your dealership's unethical and opaque business practices. You crossed the wrong consumer. I will revel in the pursuit of your aut group's demise. Watch and see what will happen.
