I have used the services of Primus for over 3 years now for my Ltd company and they have been amazing. I have a single point of contact for a very competent member of staff who handles my accounts (in addition to a senior partner in the firm). I've always felt treated with respect and that my business is valued. Furthermore, all of my accounts and queries are dealt with very promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend the professional and competent services of Primus.

As a business owner, the team at Primus make it easy for me to concentrate on what I do with all of the accountancy side taken care of. All requests are dealt with promptly and all regular on-going work is produced on time to a very high standard. Advice and help with planning is available and introduced wherever and whenever required. All of the team are very approachable. I recommend Primus to anyone looking for accountancy services.
Great service. Been with them since 2012 for my Ltd Company accounts. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are really quick to respond to any queries. I like the way they take time to explain things to you so that you understand your business better. Thanks and keep on doing what you do. Handy thats it's round the corner from me too - but maybe not for them!!!. I have recommended them to several other small businesses like mine.
Excellent. We are a small family run business and we have used Gareth and his colleagues for years. They have dealt with our payroll, year end, self assessment and many other issues over the years. Service is second to none and considering all the free advice we also get when required, the value for money is superb.
Primus have provided me - a London based IT consultant with a limited company set up - an excellent service over the last 8 years. To the best of my memory there hasn't been a single time that Primus hasn't gone the extra mile to ensure that my questions were answered and requirements and deadlines met (especially with those several tricky work-visa related document demands from the Home Office, thank you especially for those!). They respond to emails quickly - usually within the hour, always within the half-day, and will set up a phone call if required without a fuss. Thank you Gareth Craig and the rest of the team for all the hard work, and wish Primus continued success in the future.
