Surf and turf was very delicious and cooked perfectly. Bang bang shrimp was delicious, I wouldn't get the lobster and brie spring rolls unless you were more into an earthy flavor. Also, the wedge salad was delicious. Overall I will definitely be back.

Took my kids who are older and college age, and had a great experience at Prime. They had plenty of space and was able to spread out. We ordered some great appetizers including grilled octopus, raw oysters and pork belly. They were very good however the octopus was a little over cooked. For our main course, we had the filet Mignon, veal chop and surf n turf. The temperature of the steaks were inconsistent, most overcooked (medium rare was only pink), the veal was barely pink and the medium filet was more medium rare. While it was very delicious, a steakhouse of this caliber should be so steaks perfectly. Nothing less than perfect.

We had the most delightful meal and signature drink on the patio. The best part of our night out was personally meeting the owner and also having an exceptional wait staff that were ALL true professionals. Thank you for a much needed relaxing night! TOP NOTCH
