Prime Angling

Very disappointed at the poor customer Service at prime angle, My boyfriend called in advance to ask if they would stay open 10 minutes later as he had only just finished work so he could get some reels and lines so he could try out his new rods he received for his birthday, they said if I got there ASAP they would sort something out for him and then when we got there at 5.02 they said sorry you are too late now. Just wish they had said no don’t bother making the trip over the phone or better still just allowed 10 minutes to get what we needed I’m sure this is not how the owner of the shop hopes to run things however I will not be using again due to the employees working there

Perfect service even during the lock down. Plenty of bait available. They had everything i needed to make my rigs. And the quality of bait was excellent
