Prickett & Ellis Estate Agents - Muswell Hill

Serge and colleagues looked after the sale of property in Ingram Road N2 for my sister and I found them to be professional, responsive and helpful in all my dealings with them. Serge kept me up to speed with offers (and the likelihood they would come to fruition) and picked up on shoddy workmanship carried out on behalf of insurers in time for me to get it put right. They all kept in good humour throughout.

The team provided an excellent service, from correctly marketing the property, professional screened viewings and attention to detail throughout the process. They kept in contact throughout the process so we knew what was happening and proactively suggested marketing strategies to promote our property. This is an excellent, professional agency and I would highly recommend Serge and the team!

Pricket and Ellis steered me through the challenging process of selling in an uncertain market. They remained calm when I felt riled and backed my decisions. They were also friendly and helpful.
