Another lovely experience in our favourite Prezzo. Delicious food and served by friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and ensured a very pleasant evening was enjoyed which already makes us look forward to our next visit. During these unprecedented times the team at Prezzo Sevenoaks know how to make customers feel valued in contrast to some other establishments which we recently visited.

I've been to other branches of this chain before & the experience here was disappointing by comparison. The waiting staff didnt seem very organised. People who were seated at a table next to us arrived after we got there but they already received their food before we even got to give our menu order. If we needed anything it was a waiting game trying to get a waiters attention and there seemed to be a waiting game on whatever wed asked for then being provided. It was quiet when we walked in and there were groups of people coming in but they didnt seem prepared for it and either way we were still left waiting even for our bill. If service had been faster & more efficient wed have probably stayed for a coffee and dessert but we had places to be. Also my friend I was with ordered a salad and found a lot of the lettuce leaves were yellow and had browned so she had to leave quite a bit on her plate. It was her first time at a prezzo and after that experience I know she won't try another one. It's a shame but I guess win some lose some. The staff weren't even apologetic about the wait.
Pleasant lunch and lovely staff. I had a problem with my chosen meal (a strange taste) and they immediately offered to change it, at no extra cost and with no fuss at all. Currently running on a reduced menu due to Covid, but sufficient choice still available.
Prezzo used to be our go-to restaurant. The food is lovely and the staff are always very helpful however in recent months they have changed their menu and the dishes and options available have become very limited. Disappointed.
