Prezzo Italian Restaurant Newport

Dreadful! Placed an order for delivery for Valentine’s Day .. the order was accepted and within minutes it stated that it was with the driver! We waited over an hour with no update until I called just eat and they said it was marked with the driver and completed straight away! Something doesn’t sit right here... either the restaurant just couldn’t be bothered with the order or the delivery driver stole it surely they can track that! Tried to call the restaurant all calls diverted no option to leave an answer phone message! So now we are out of pocket by 50 and still no food! No hope of a replacement and will have to wait for just eat to refund! What a symbolic service

Great service, great atmosphere and really nice food. Everything tasted so fresh and came out very quickly. My only slight nag is how close the tables are to eachother, but other than that - I really enjoyed coming here and would again.

Had a valentines meal for two delivered to the house, pizza, meatballs, prawn pasta, garlic bread, in all honesty it was the best meal we have had at home for a very long time! Will definitely be ordering again form here.

You must try the breaded mozzarella and Italian hummus to start. The Tre Gusti is a marvellous pizza. The grilled chicken and mushroom and mushroom risotto are pretty good too

Fabulous staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Attentive and pleasant. Very busy when we went but still had wonderful service. Didn't like my meal.......my fault as I didn't read the menu properly but I was offered a replacement. Lovely experience. Can recommend.
