The waitress, Rita, was brilliant. Super friendly, professional and attentive. Great service!! The food was Ok, the starters were better than the main, usual italian fare. Piping hot, cooked well and the portions were huge!

Alex was our waiter, he was great and service was excellent. The restaurant felt safe and clean given covid 19 pandemic. Would recommend. Lovely food, our server Alex was very friendly and bubbly, all the staff was lovely and food excellent as always. Thank you. We will definitely be returning again

Today me & my work friends visited Prezzo and the food was absolutely amazing and the drinks tasted really good. Big thanks too Alex, Fernando and Jay. We will definitely be returning again
Usual chain driven Italian restaurant. Service was good and the atmosphere/surroundings deffo give it an edge over it's other poorly positioned outlets. Food was nice and of high quality. Worth a visit
The food was nice, the service was dreadful, We went on a Friday night and our waiter \Alex\ made the experience unbelievably bad, rude from the get go, using terms like \alright love\ when talking to my partner, he was constantly rushing us to leave oh and whilst I was eating my meal he said \pass me that pal\ in the most casual tone I've ever heard, asking ME to do his job for him and pass him empty glasses whilst I had food in my mouth, it's not like he couldn't reach he just couldn't be bothered! If it was out of his reach and he said please of course I will say yes. Needless to say we didn't leave a tip and we won't be back, it's a shame because it's a nice restaurant and the food is good, but he made the experience dreadful. Edit: Having checked it seems that other users have also complained about Alex, so you know it's not just me!
