Booked a table on way to the town with hopes of a quick turnaround as we had a prior engagement. We were greeted in a pleasant way and shown to our table and given menu's. The waitress explained the online booking system and we soon placed our order which consisted was 4 of the 2 course deals. Our drinks arrived quickly and were soon followed by the starters, served with in happy manner. Once we were done our table was cleared of the plates and our Mains arrived soon after. We expected the portion sizes to be reduced because of the deals, but no; they were massive. The service was exceptional and we were in and out in 45 minutes without feeling rushed. Would visit again if in the area.

Cavernous restaurant inside the old Corn exchange. Strangely, this rather detracts from the sort of ambience you might expect. It is easy to feel lost in such a huge space. Intimate, it is not. The rather old and scruffy tables and chairs, unadorned with any sort of covering, only add to the sense of desolation. The food was very disappointing. Tasteless and served on cold plates, our choices from a very limited and unimaginative menu were small and the chips, which resembled closely those from a McDonald's medium meal, soon went cold. The service though was very good. I couldn't recommend this restaurant as being value for money, unless you were starving and everywhere else was closed.

Beautiful building, great food and service.
Lovely place. I've been impressed. Gorgeous from outside, even better inside. Service was welcoming but initially we didn't know where to start and how to get attention of the staff to be seated. Food wise, everything we have ordered was lovely. We have had garlic bread with carmelized onion - which was lovely. Pizza tropicana was delicious as well as pasta penne gorgonzola. I can recommend this place.
