I went to order and I seen the girl with a half sleeve tattoo mixing the cheese when her hands no gloves .. umm we are in a virus epidemic and she doesn’t seem to care to touch with no gloves thats disgusting

At 3:50pm - an hour and a half before closing I was told they have stopped baking for the day and out of the classic original pretzel - girl not interested and not at the kiosk - left a sign saying “back in 10 minutes” and went off with two friends! I’m glad this is not my employee!

Truly horrible customer service. Pretzels lack flavour and over-priced (prices are hardly clear/comprehensible anyway). Can't believe the shop has lasted this long without being shut down...

Please retrain your staff in how to make coffee. Also set a time to replace the pretzels because serving pretzels that were made in the morning at lunch time doesn’t taste nice at all.

The pretzels are always lovely but you desperately need to retrain your staff in making coffees. My coffee was burnt and weak and at best mediocre. I then got my coffee remade and asked for half the amount of milk in the hope that it would be stronger. This time I got a cold, weak coffee with still the same amount of milk. Not impressed.

I’ve been buying pretzels from here since I was a little girl and there’s always that amazing smell of pretzels whenever I walk past. Although the store has changed over the years, the pretzels still taste amazing! I’ve never had a bad experience coming here, and the staff are always so friendly. My niece loves watching the pretzels being rolled out, and the girl working was very accommodating! Personal favourites that I recommend are cin city and the columbian cookie! The ham and cheese pretzels are perfect for when I crave something savoury.
