Visited here around five times, service was always impersonal. Today my order was ignored (the cashier took it without making eye contact at any time), and I watched as 5 other people collected their orders before I said anything. The Batista was annoyed at me! And when corrected her for making my drink with dairy instead of coconut, she became sarcastic! I was the only black customer...not that I'm one to read into things...
I love Pret food but not the coffee. However, they have nice place to set, work or study.
