Ordered a delivery from here and they decided to give us a different order to what we wanted and when we rang them to try ask for a redelivery he said he’d decided to give us that order as he didn’t have our items and laughed at me when I said it meant only my boyfriend could have breakfast and I couldn’t have anything and just told me to try get a refund from the delivery company. I don’t understand how it was acceptable to be so rude to a customer who’s just trying to get the right order, I understand mistakes happen but too be so rude for no reason has made me come write this complaint

This is a must for a good coffee and a pastry every time we visit Exeter. I love the friendly staff and the coffee system. The filter coffee is as good as any and good value. The pastries are great and the hot food in their self contained container works perfectly. No waste. Love the place.

Great Pret food. I felt staff were not very polite here. Will probably avoid in future. VERY limited seating for those with prams.
Good coffee and good place for businesses meeting or maybe friends or family gathering as well.
