Good coffee which is very good value for money with the new monthly subscription. The food is also very good and healthy but a bit expensive. However since they have reopened after the pandemic I have been very disappointed in there cleanliness efforts. There is little effort to ensure customers are socially distancing and they clear tables after use of litter but don't wipe down the tables. If a customer came in asymptomatic and unaware, they do not have the procedures in place (or are not following them) to protect both staff and customers from the risk. If the smaller and independent shops can take these measures large chains definitely can.

I have been here a lot, but today wasn't so good. Very few pastries and buns and upstairs was absolutely freezing. I guess that's one way of getting people out quickly. Downstairs is nicer in that it's warmer but it's often full of prams and pushchairs and screaming babies. The coffee is okay 49 pence in my own cup.

The thought oh being able to have a coffee and eat again in Pret was lovely, but on Saturday was worrying. There was no social distancing in place, people everywhere grabbing food. Sitting down was a joke everyone next to each other, lady who served us was quite rude, no please or thank you..... No greeting. We found a seat upstairs lucky enough away abit from people, but everyone else was bunched in the corner with other furniture pressed up against the wall. The place was dirty with rubbish overflowing out of the bin..... Disgusting.
