Really lovely pret. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The store is very clean and there are staff who are constantly cleaning all the surfaces and tables are cleaned quickly after use. Good social distancing measures are in place here. Love how open the space is. Toilets are also clean. Drinks are really nice. The barista made me a perfect vanilla latte!

Love all of the amazing stuff here, bit pricey so use as a bit of a treat. Big negative is the lack of menu items by delivery, most are unavailable even at opening time when they cannot possibly have run out. Possibly not the Cheltenham shop's fault but am really annoyed with Deliveroo and Just Eat deliveries which are often messed up, aborted, late, sent to the wrong person or cold by the time hot food and drinks arrive.
I have been with Specsavers for years and would always recommend them. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have very expensive glasses due to poor vision and staff will always try to work out the best deal.
Friendly service on a busy day. Usual Pret menu. Not much else to add really. Lots of seating as the shop goes right back from the entrance, so can eat in easily, as well at taking away. Can't think of anything else to comment on, other than it's a good example of the chain in a central location in Cheltenham. Job done
Good location in the heart of Cheltenhams main shopping area, with everything on one level. As always lots of choice for drinks & freshly made food. Friendly staff.
