Went into Kays hardware shop this morning and as usual superb customer service, also read the review where she had given a visor to a nurse and refused payment, typical Kay, she's a star. If it's not in the shop she will try and order it for you, she's also extremely knowledgeable about most things DIY, keep up the good work gorgeous girl, businesses like yours are few and far between.
