Very good at selling and delivery was quick, except I have a part missing which I cannot progress the install without. When you call the main number you get an answerphone that tells you to email. You then get no response from email. Tried the chat app, got some responses but the app has been offline for 4 days. Have a great stove on a pallet and unable to do anything with it, would like to fit it if I had the parts, but will return it if not. Wished I had shopped locally at least I could have picked the parts as all else has failed.

We purchased a V4 log burning stove in Mojave red from Vesta, as it had the retro look we desired to match with our 1960s bungalow, which we have refurbished in an American retro style. We had the stove installed free standing in the corner of our 9m x 5m lounge with a flue of the same colour running up through the ceiling. The V4 gives off plenty of heat to heat the whole room comfortably and is easy to regulate. We love our stove and it is the envy of everyone who visits us. We are not looking forward to winter, but having our V4 is going to make it bearable.

Product I have no doubt will be great if only it was all delivered , I am unable to use it as I have tried several emails to get a contact to discuss the flue.... however more importantly I was told the delivery was being sent out, I have received only a part order with no update and was not informed that it would only be part-off.... at this moment I don’t know if it was sent or not , but I do know I am at least 200 short . I would appreciate a response to my emails or messages which always says closed due to no response !!! After a bit of chasing with Vesta and the courier my log storage units arrived ... everything looks great. If they can Just put someone in the office to communicate !!

Stove is fantastic.. however 7 months on now and we are still missing an item from the order. We finally got an email saying the item was being shipped but still hasnt arrived. Such a shame as could easily be 5* but after sales service in these difficult times have sadly let them down. Hoping we get the item asap with 2021 here now

I first fell in love with the unique design of the vesta V2 stove as a perfect match for my Hivehaus concept but since I have been using them I have been even more impressed with build quality, thermal efficiency and fantastic customer service. Great stoves, I wouldnt even consider using any other stove company for my projects now.
