The room was great, but the member of staff was incredibly uninteresed. She lacked enthusiasm and obviously didn't want to be there. This shows how good the actual puzzles were because we had a good time despite the incredibly dull commentary given at the beginning and end of the experience.

My daughter attended a birthday party here, we arrived before the birthday girl to be told we had the wrong time and that the party was later in the day. Panic! I called her parents who said no the time was correct and they were on their way. The staff informed me the booking was changed as they had spoken to the parent room we waited. The birthday party arrived and it was indeed booked for that date and time. The girls then did timed trap escape room challenge, which they found confusing even though the room was recommended as an easy level and pieces were missing. All in all the girls left with very mixed experiences of their day
Went there with 6 girls today ; ( great escape ) had an amazing time . The clues were challenging & one part was so fun it actually feels real . We didn't quite make it out on this occasion. So good - we went straight on to do a second one ( serial killer) it was brilliant & slightly more challenging , but we actually did it in half the time !! The experience was helped by the fact that Cal ( manager. ) & the owner were so welcoming & professional. They made it fun . Can't wait to come back & do the hardest one .
Great room but the only thing was the girl who was there had no clue how to do anything and we were missing stuff in our room and then we asked for a clue she goes where are you up too with we thought was very wrong. Also when we went the gas Machine had broken so had the tv to tell us how long we had left so she said I will come every 10 minuets to tell you how long we had left she never did. The girl was clueless all she said was handcuff yourself to the bar and left us. She wasn’t very old and she looked very bored which probably puts people off. This was the second one we have done this one was a little less money but the other one we had a whole introduction on which locks will be in the room and how to open them, we were stuck for 10 minuets putting in the code but not on this one the man at the other place put on a voice to be scary but not here.
Good multipurpose entertainment venue. Great games. Recommended.
