Pay no attention to the negative reviews and give them a try, Courteous, efficient staff , especially the collectors and the very pleasant installer. Their service is great and the minor problem that I had a few days ago was dealt with quickly and politely, I have had many machines from other companies and Regal Gaming outshine them all, keep up the good work!

Machines are old tatty units that break down chances are if you see a machine in a pub that looks 15 years old and conks out on you then be sure it's likely from Regal. Local had to get them out 5 times for the same fault before they replaced the note acceptor and machine still errors out and does not give bonus it states. Scam

Machine was delayed! Phoned up to complain told I was not able to as I wasn’t landlord? Gave me attitude was on the phone for couple minutes and was charged 8 for the call - still not had any feedback from them! Dodgy machines! They’re to take your money not to pay out!
