Absolute shambles of a company. Had my daughters car for 2 months now & they haven't even got the part for it yet!! Customer service is shocking & the overall impression is that they couldn't care less anyway. What use is a Fiat main dealers that can't supply the parts required to fix a Fiat 500? You got to ask why a Fiat 500 with less than 10,000 miles, with full Fiat service history,would need a new camshaft in the first place. Avoid this completely inept company at all costs.

Overcharge on MOT and services, don't charge the prices sent out in their emails or promotional material (DISK10 code actually ADDS 10%...) -sell service plans that don't cover the cost and hold your car hostage because your 11am pickup apparently means 12 and the staff go home. I've attached a helpful picture.
