Don't count on these guys (accounts team) to stay later than 4pm to make sure your house sale goes through on transfer day! We were left homeless over the weekend with a van full of all our furniture and belongings.. No hotels were open because the country was in lockdown due to covid and I was 5 months pregnant! Horrible situation.. I'd never use them again. After all the stress caused they even tried to charge me for the loss of money from people higher up the chain!!
