Lookers are the reason that google needs to have a zero star option We 'bought' a golf R from here, financed, everything good, got a call on the saturday to say that our car was ready to go and would be delivered on Thursday. On the tuesday got a call to say that our car wouldnt be delivered and that their slack staff (corrado) hadn't checked the system before calling us on the Saturday as their was a problem with the finance application. Corrado then refused to reply to my emails regarding my expenses as we had already got our reg and bought our insurance leaving me down another 15 to file with claims court. Wednesday morning called a proper dealership and collected our Golf R on saturday with literally zero problems. Please do yourself a favour and avoid these lazy wasters.
This is my fourth golf from lookers. I cannot fault them. Jayne is amazing. I see her as a friend. I collected my car on my birthday, I was welcomed with birthday cupcakes and a bottle of champagne! I honestly don’t have a bad word to say about lookers Preston!

Amazing service. Me and partner received warm welcome every time, we’ve been offered drinks etc. We chose to lease our new car since the previous Golf which we’ve held dear, finally got its DSG failed. We ended up with Tiguan Match. It arrived earlier than predicted, sparing us the need to further rent a car. We are absolutely stunned with this vehicle, its features and performance. Hats off to Chris who made sure we are satisfied with everything. Chris guided us through the leasing process, sorted out the paperwork, explained everything, sent us a teaser vid with the car arrived to Lookers :-) and he showed us inside and outside of it. Thanks, Chris. It was a great pleasure meeting you. We also would like to invite you and your colleagues to our Sport therapy clinic in Fulwood.
