The store accepted my order for one of their Boxing Day deals and then cancelled it without notifying me. I only found out when I contacted their customer services and waited for a reply. The was no offer to honour the deal when stock arrived back in or no guidance on which alternative stores has stock.

Staff in store are great, but unfortunately they have been let down with supply and demand issues over the last few months. I ordered a pair of boots, paid 200 and still waiting for them weeks later. I've been told there's no guarantee they will be sent to me due to the amount they have sold in recent weeks. This is common I've found from speaking to various members of staff. Don't take my money if you can't fulfil your side of the deal.

Never had a problem shopping here until today. My husband called in to swap a pair of unworn trousers as they didn't fit. The attitude of the female till worker was incredibly unprofessional . Straight away my husband was accused of removing the label and wearing the trousers. The customer service was non existent from this employee and he was made out to be a liar. We will think twice about shopping here again.
