Throughout that period Zoe has been supportive, encouraging, honest, communicative, and most importantly a shining example of what you can achieve when you stick at it. I wanted to lose a stone to help me achieve a goal. I remember doing lighter life a long time ago and like a lot of people didn’t do maintenance so the weight came back. Very friendly, very flexible and the plan is really easy to follow. Loosing weight really quickly which is what I needed for both health and mind. I’ve tried Slimming World and Weight Watchers before but got fed up of only losing a few pounds and it didn’t help me control my portion sizes.
