Free LighterLife Xpress Slimming Club Preston

Very friendly, very flexible and the plan is really easy to follow. Loosing weight really quickly which is what I needed for both health and mind. I’ve tried Slimming World and Weight Watchers before but got fed up of only losing a few pounds and it didn’t help me control my portion sizes. I’ve also tried Extant and Cambridge too but I much prefer taste of the Lighterlife Foodpacks. I would definitely recommend Zoe and Lighterlife.

I wanted to lose a stone to help me achieve a goal. I remember doing lighter life a long time ago and like a lot of people didn’t do maintenance so the weight came back. This time I was determined to do it right and then a found a mentor who inspired me. Zoe was inspirational and I’m well on my way to achieving my goal. In my first week on the lite programme I lost 50% of my goal weight and felt fantastic. I’m now on the third week and almost at goal so I’m going to continue on the maintenance programme this time. So grateful for the support of Zoe to encourage my journey. I know I’m going to be a healthier new me.

Fantastic weight loss and maintenance plan with a personal touch. Zoe is extremely professional and empathic having taken the weight loss journey herself. Highly recommended.

I’ve lost 3 stone on Lighterlife since Christmas. Following the flexi-fasting plan has helped me maintain this loss during lockdown. Zoe’s support has been amazing, she really helped keep me on track.

I can’t speak highly enough of both Zoe and LighterLife, it’s no exaggeration that this diet has turned my life around. Throughout that period Zoe has been supportive, encouraging, honest, communicative, and most importantly a shining example of what you can achieve when you stick at it. Make no mistake, this is a tough road to take, however, the rewards more than compensate for it; I’m (almost literally) half the woman I used to be!
