Myself and my family have used DDL Davies for over 30 years, and even though we don't live in the area we still prefer to travel to use them, as the pharmacists and all the staff, who themselves have worked there long term, are always very polite and helpful and often go above and beyond to make sure that we get what we need as and when required, this includes Sarah who is relatively new but is knowledgeable and very helpful and polite and always takes the time to ask about how we are doing. This is a wonderful chemist & I have been going to this chemist 40 years & before me my mum & grandparents. The staff & owner are reeeally friendly & so down to earth but at the same time, extremely professional & immaculate & their job. Serah & the staff are so lovely, so caring & always have a smile, say hello, ask how you are etc, proper down to earth & you can talk to them about anything. A proper community chemist. Thanks for your great service as always. ️️

This is the only chemist my late father would use. Even when he was nearing the end of his life, he would still ask me to drive him to Haneefs although there are at least another 4 Chemists on the way there. He would say no... he's a good man (nay. Eh aapro haaro maaras che). Thank you for everything.

TO \MARK O T\......IVE BEEN GOING IN THIS CHEMIST FOR 20 YEARS. I EVEN TRAVEL 4 MILES TO USE THE PHARMACY, AS I KNOW HANEEF WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE TABLETS I NEED AND IF HE DOESN'T HE WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO RING OTHER CHEMISTS TO FIND SOME FOR ME. THE STAFF ARE GREAT AND AS FOR YOU SLATING SARAH..... ARE YOU SURE YOU WENT IN THE RIGHT CHEMIST???? I DON'T THINK SO MARK!!! THE SARAH I'VE KNOWN FOR A FEW YEARS IS THE MOST HELPFUL,FRIENDLY,KNOWLEDGEABLE MEMBER OF STAFF YOU COULD EVER WISH TO COME ACROSS!!! I'VE NEVER EVER SEEN HER BE RUDE OR DISSMISSIVE TO THE CUSTOMERS EVER!!!! I'M SURE YOU WENT INTO A DIFFERENT SHOP HUN!!! THAT DEFFO ISN'T THE DDL DAVIES I KNOW AND LOVE!!!
