Busy busy busy place., great customer care and service. Very very helpful nice people. Unfortunately, their advice was very wrong which i discovered a month later so I'd be concerned about future advice from them, but I'd probably still go again.. But I'd ask them to double check to be sure because this was regarding our finances. Thank you for your kindness though at citizens advice.

Sorry for the 1 star but weve never been able to get hold of anyone yet in 3 months on the phone. Having had 2 major surgeries it has been impossible for me to actually come in and wait to get a future appointment. Theres no other option to get hold of anyone. Never got thru on the telephone hour after hour it rings off. Recorded messages. Says they're busy. Theres no outreach services at the moment so its extremely limited. If you're lucky enough to be able to get into preston town centre and wait then good luck. No appointment are available when you go. Dill a form in and then book a future appointment

If I could leave a lower star rating I would. The woman we spoke to made immediate assumptions about my friends situation, offered no advice or support, not even pointing us in the direction of financial help. spoke down to my friend like he was a child, she had no idea what his situation was and was condescending and cruel. no advice given, waste of time. definitely no use if you’re a student because they’ll speak to you like a child.

On phone que for 50 minutes absolute joke, had to hang up, They must think we have all the time of the day to wait around. At least add a automated voice for que postion and estimated wait time or a call back option. It is the 21st century can't believe places still don't have this! Wish i could give lower
