Exceptionally good service and very knowledgeable. We've found the staff to be really supportive and prepared to go above and beyond. Friendly, local, independent business.

Best chemist in England. Micheal is amazing and nothing is ever too much for him I wish I had joined before. Thank u for going over and beyond

I have visited Broadway Pharmacy quite frequently in the last few weeks to receive travel vaccinations. The information they provided me with was informative and precise. All staff have a friendly and professional manner. They also have a very good selection of travel products on sale like Deet spray. I would recommend this Pharmacy for the travel clinic and the products on sale.

I can only commend and recommend this pharmacy to everyone. My recent experience was one where they were so helpful and their knowledge exceeded even that of the hospital specialist staff. They were able to liaise with my GP to get me a specialist product that has worked and saved hours of NHS staffs time and a hospital bed. For me it has brought relief from both pain and frustration at not being able to heal following Radio Therapy. I send my sincere thanks to the team at Broadway.

I came today (21/01/20) at around 12.45 am with a patient who didn't speak English and wanted to make sure he knew how to take his medication. I think the dispenser attended us (she was putting the price on some shampoo and conditioner bootles). When I asked her for pharmaceutical care and how my client should take his medication she seemed so unprofessional, instead of asking the pharmacist to attend us and explain everything to us she opened the bag and started reading what the package said. The first thing she said was \it says here follow the instructions \ More than once she literally said \I am not sure\. I had to ask her for clarification and even then she wasn't able to acknowledge that her job wasn't that, that she must have asked the pharmacist. She was nice but she didn't do her job properly, I needed a knowledgeable person to explain to me with confidence how to take the medication and not to act in such non professional manner. Very disappointed
